NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT

Student enrollment and registration MUST be done Online.

To enroll your student, please click HERE and follow the steps for enrollment.

Please use the following steps:

  1. Go to the Cobb County Website at www.cobbk12.org

  2. Click on FIND IT FAST tab (on the upper right side of the page)

  3. Once you click on that tab, please find ENROLL YOUR STUDENT in the drop-down

  4. Click on that link and it will take you to the Student Enrollment Page

  5. Scroll down and find the box

  6. Click on REGISTER in the red box

  7. Then on the next page, chose either Cobb County Parentvue Login (for students who are transferring within Cobb County) or Online Registration Login (for new students to Cobb County)

  8. Complete Online Enrollment (You are able to upload any documents online)

  9. Email Ms. Wells at stephanie.pressleywells@cobbk12.org if you have any trouble or concerns.

  10. Wait for the school to reach out to you once you have completed your online enrollment.

INFORMACIÓN DE INSCRIPCIÓN DE ESTUDIANTES

 

La inscripción y el registro de estudiantes deben realizarse en línea.

 

Por favor siga estos pasos:

  1. Vaya al sitio web del condado de Cobb en www.cobbk12.org

  8. Completar inscripción en línea (puede cargar cualquier documento en línea)

  9. Envíe un correo electrónico a la Sra. Wells a stephanie.pressleywells@cobbk12.org si tiene algún problema o inquietud.

  10. Espere a que la escuela se comunica con usted una vez que haya completado su inscripción en línea.

TO REGISTER, YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Parent, foster parent, or guardian with picture ID accompanying the student unless the student is emancipated (NOTE: A foster parent must show proof of student placement by the official agency).

  • Two documents showing proof of residence dated within the last 30 days (Examples of documents:  home ownership title, current lease or rental agreement, current monthly utility statement, current Georgia driver's license or Georgia ID card, current bank or other financial institution documentation, Cobb County property tax statement, voter registration documentation for Cobb County, or current motor vehicle registration)

  • Proof of adequate immunization on Georgia Form 3231 (Can be obtained from the Health Department or private physician)

  • Georgia Form 3300, Certificate of Ear, Eye and Dental Examinations

  • Proof of promotion to ninth grade if you are a first time ninth grader

  • Completed registration papers (all lines, front and back of all pages)

TO EXPEDITE REGISTRATION, PLEASE HAVE:

  • Transcript or report cards from previous schools (If you do not have this, please ask for Registration Release of Records form.)

  • Special Education records if the student receives special education services

  • Disciplinary records

  • ESOL Records and test scores from previous school

  • Student Social Security card

  • Student birth certificate
